Registration will open on Monday, January 19, 2026.
All registration, including both pre-registration and onsite registration, will be completed online.

- * After March 27, the on-site rates (April 9-11) will apply.

- * Those registering under the Resident / Student category must upload proof of their current status. For example, a student ID card or a certificate of enrollment would be acceptable.
Payment Methods
- 1) Credit card is the only accepted method of payment for registration fees.
- * For those who wish to make a payment via bank transfer, please contact the conference secretariat by email. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender.
- 2) Credit card information
Your credit card statement will show that the payment has been made to the name of Proactive Inc. or Zeus, which is the agent handling registration. - 3) The following credit card is usable.
You confirm the kind of the card to use, and please input the card information.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason once the registration fee has been paid. If you need to cancel your registration due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the secretariat by email.
- * In case of cancellation, you may consider arranging for a substitute participant.
VISA
Any foreign national wishing to enter Japan must have a valid passport, which, in principle, contains a visa corresponding to his/her purpose of entry into Japan obtained in advance from a Japanese embassy, consulate or other Japanese diplomatic mission abroad (hereinafter, "Japanese diplomatic mission abroad"). Upon landing in Japan, the foreign national must then be screened by, and receive a landing permission stamp as a result from an immigration officer at the port of entry, who will determine the foreign national's status of residence and period of stay.
To request documents required for your visa application, please check the "Visa Support" option during registration. Be sure to complete your registration by submitting the payment of the registration fee. The secretariat will contact you by email at a later date.
